Laura&Co Home Essentials does not accept any cancellations, exchange, or refunds/returns unless product(s) arrive defective, damaged or if an incorrect order is received. We also cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds/returns on sale products or gift cards. We appreciate your understanding. DAMAGES & ISSUES

Here at Laura&Co Home Essentials we will work with you to resolve any issues you may be experiencing concerning our products. When your shipment is delivered, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective or if an incorrect product is received so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Immediate contact and photo documentation should be emailed tolaurahomeessentials@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery of the product(s) in question. If you are experiencing issues with your candle, please see our Candle Care Instructions for proper burning information.
